Thanks for your recommandations. I did what you suggested but the problem stay.
The same theme and plugins were installed in the developpment web site.
In the final website, I can create new event but impossible to show the public page.
Have you got other ideas ?

I find the solution by myself.
It was because of the captcha.
It was because ok the captcha 😉
