I uploaded the .SGBP file to the JetBackups directory to allow me to have the site imported, now I’m prompted with this issue:
“The source db prefix (wp_) doesn’t match the current db prefix (vBHys8q_). This is considered as migration and it is not available in this plan. You can change the current db prefix manually or upgrade. Upgrade now”
I had tried to upgrade my account to allow me to do so, but It’s saying my IP is already an active licence, this is due to me being within a Shared-Web Cpanel, is there any way to go around this so I’m able to use the software for this site. This backup restoration is highly important.
