    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

Honestly, this answer doesn’t help me at all. It is the one I always get from the different supports. Be it theme support, plugin support, and even hosting sipport.
When I had less experience, I did those tests, but they have always given me problems, not to mention wasted time.

It seems that it is a wild card answer for any problem, as in the great series “The IT Crowd”: “Have you tried turning your computer off and on?…”

Another classic is to throw balls out and blame a third party. I don’t even remember how many times I’ve been bouncing from one support to another to finally, after getting a clue from the infinite messages, find the solution myself.

I have no idea of programming, but it can not be so difficult and laborious to find the culprit.

Also, your answer makes me suspect that you haven’t even bothered to check if Woocommerce is responsible for this new cart behavior and sent me a “wildcard” message that you copied and pasted.

As I told you in the first message, I have two suspects. The theme and Woocommerce.
Could you at least tell me if Woocommerce has this function of displaying a kind of popup or side menu with the products added to the cart?

Well, I hope I didn’t offend you, I didn’t mean to. I’m just looking to improve the support system.

    All the best,
    Iñigo

    Hello Adam,

    Thanks for your quick response.

I have already contacted Affiliate WP support. They tell me that they already knew about this problem and are working to fix it.

    Cheers
