Hello Everyone.. i have finally resolved it. all the time I was thinking it was my CSS.. i didnt realise it was just the editing of the Home page in admin.
what I did is this, I created another Home page and voila.. it aligned, then I deleted the existing page. This problem took me two good weeks to understand how to fix it.. All the while it was a simple edting work that i was required, i was busy checking the codes for errors.. Waoh

I have seen the errors but I do not know how to validate the errors in my theme.
Are there any advice on fixing this problem using the validation.
