In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - Dynamic Text Extension] Parche seguridad <=5.0.5On Patchstack, the bug is now listed as “no official patch available” instead of “pending.” Version 5.0.5 has also already been released. Did the fix not work? Does it need to be corrected again?
Thank you very much
En Patchstack, el estado del error ahora es «no hay parches oficiales disponibles» y ya no «pendiente». Además, la versión 5.0.5 ya se ha lanzado. ¿No ha funcionado la corrección del error? ¿Hay que volver a corregirlo?
Muchas graciasForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - Dynamic Text Extension] Parche seguridad <=5.0.5Tengo el mismo problema aquí: https://hcda-akademie.de
Patchstack habla de la versión <= 5.0.5. Por lo tanto, parece que afecta a la versión actual.Gracias!
Thank you very much for your quick and detailed reply. That really helps! I appreciate your work and look forward to the new feature in version 5.2.
Best regards!Thank you very much. Then it makes sense.
How can I avoid accidentally sending files without encryption? Just by ticking “Use explicit SSL FTP connection”?
If so, I have another feature request: a warning when NO encryption is being used on FTP.
Thank you very much for your support!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Restore to test domain with activated cache failsTo resolve this issue after restoring your website from a backup with W3 Total Cache active, follow these steps:
- Remove Cache Files and Directories:
Delete all files and folders containing “cache” or “w3-config” in their names from your WordPress wp-content directory. - Reset .htaccess File:
Replace your current .htaccess file with a default WordPress .htaccess file.
You can find the default content for the .htaccess file here: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/45898/default-htaccess-file-for-wordpress - Remove W3 Total Cache Entries from Database:
Access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin or a similar tool.
Locate the “wp_options” table (the table prefix may vary).
Search for and delete any entries related to W3 Total Cache. These entries typically start with “w3tc”. (I found 4 entries)
After completing these steps, refresh your website to see if the issue persists. This should help resolve any lingering caching issues caused by W3 Total Cache after restoring your website.

Günther
Thanks, good to know.
One request: It would be great if in the configuration dialog this information was noted. Like “If they use the same sending method for all WordPress mails, then no attachments will be sent along.” That would make it clearer and avoid surprises.
Thanks for the good work!
Thanks, great.
And if you name it “delete comment-ip-adress after time” it might save some Questions about weather the plugin will delete the comments itself.
Yes, it works now. Thank you!
Resolved.
Thank you to make that point clear.
Regards,
Günther
Cool, thanks. How do you handle the IP-Adress during a visit? Do you use it at all or only until the visitor disapears?
Thanks a lot. The Warning is gone.
Quick response!

Günther
