Go to settings, there is advanced and basic, you need to make sure you use these options and set it up, if it is still not working you might have an issue within your theme or it may have not installed properly but let the forum know and someone will help.
That sounds like a theme issue. It works on all mobile devices I am using with my websites. Think you need to check your theme and make sure that it supports the plugin and then try it again.
