Does this still seem to be the case with the latest version of the plugin (currently v3.2)? This was a problem for an earlier version of the plugin when viewing the settings page using Internet Explorer, but shouldn’t be an issue any longer.

In reply to: [No Update Nag] [Plugin: No Update Nag] Update comes backAre you talking about the WordPress update nag? This plugin only deals specifically with WordPress alerting you to a release newer than the version of WordPress your site is currently running.
So the message you would be currently seeing in your admin would say either “WordPress 3.2.1 is available! Please update now!” or “WordPress 3.2.1 is available! Please notify the site administrator.”
The plugin does not deal with any other sort of update notifications.

In reply to: [Get Custom Field Values] [Plugin" Get Custom Field Values]Try again with the latest version of the plugin, v3.3.1. You may have been encountering a bug that has since been fixed.
The value to supply for “Custom field key” is the name you provided in the “Custom Fields” section when writing a page/post — which appears in the “Name” column. The text must match exactly.

In reply to: [Auto-hyperlink URLs] causes issues with logging out of admin panelAre you sure this is related to this plugin? It’s unusual for it to affect just the log off.
- How are you logging out (via the “Logout” link under your name) in the upper right of the admin?
- You’re running WP 3.2?
- Is it reproducible with this plugin activated, but everything is fine if the plugin is disabled?
- What URL are you being directed to that is giving you the Page Not Found error?

In reply to: [Get User Custom Field Values] Update dosn't work…Just to be clear: are you using the Get User Custom Field Values (as this support question is tagged) or the Get Custom Field Values plugin?
Also, were you using the previous version of the plugin, or is this the first time?
Finally, you risk not-so-friendly responses when you make demands on people who have provided their time and effort for free. Just be kind and present the issue you’ve encountered.

In reply to: [No Browser Nag] [Plugin: No Browser Nag] Why do you need a plugin for this?Did you read the plugin’s FAQ?
Can’t I just click the “Dismiss” link at the bottom of the nag and be done with it without using a plugin?
Clicking the “Dismiss” link at the bottom of the browser nag admin dashboard widget only hides the nag for the person clicking it; you cannot otherwise proactively prevent other users from seeing the browser nag. Also, even if the nag is dismissed, WordPress still performs the check, which incurs a network request.
