Basically I went on and updated the policies, I synced it all again and now getting these messages:

Why am I seeing this message?
eBay has silently changed their requirements regarding business policies and now expects either all three business policies to be used, or none of them.
Please make sure that you select a shipping policy, a payment policy and a return policy in your listing profile – or disable all three policies.
