I have checked this and for example for @sreejesh the theme automatically add some <p> tags there which is really strange, so I am afraid that I can’t really help for the theme that you are using.

I got it! This had nothing to do with support forum, the user contacted us privately and I was investigating various things.
Is this ok I suppose right ? An email discussion with a particular user is private right and the user is not a kind of property of wordpress forums, and is the user choice.
Maybe I get the problem wrongly so I would be happy to hear your thoughts.

Yes, after investigating the issue within the wordpress, I was asking for ftp, to make sure the user had wp-cron properly configure in wp-config.
