Yes, for the moment such feature is not possible, we don’t allow HTML tags to be used in labels.
You can keep an eye on the next updates as we plan more integration features in the close feature.

Yes, you were right regarding the issue, but i’ve managed to find a fix and released a new version 3.4.2. Make sure you update the plugin to this version and clear any cache and all should be fine.

Usually the default cache duration according to codex is 12h
However, depends on the plugins or theme you are using, some of them may alter this value.
However you can control directly from the shortcode the cache time if you are following this doc: http://docs.themeisle.com/article/547-how-to-change-cache-lifetime-for-a-specific-feedLet me know if you have any other questions.
