I’m having the same issue. Can’t update my WP or any plugins. Running WP 3.5 and have followed the suggestions above of changing permissions and followed what yosukehasumi suggested. Still no go. Super frustrating and my host is of absolutely no help. They think it’s a WP issue. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

I’m interested to see if anyone knows an alternative to this widget as well. Currently a client is using it on their site but now that they’ve updated their version of WordPress they’re getting an error code in the back end. An alternative would be great! Thanks!

In reply to: Error with WordPress PluginsI was hoping there was a way to fix the issue without having to delete the plugin. We like the plugin and would like to continue using it… I’ve looked around for some other plugins that would be a good replacement if in fact I did have to replace it, but couldn’t find one we liked. So, any other suggestions on how to fix the issue other than deleting the plugin would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do you suggest another easier way to do this? I’ve seen some people doing yourdomain1.com/wordpress — would that be an easier / smoother solution / transition?
