This isn’t my site so I’m not sure if there are even backups. I just started on this today so I’m still looking around. I’ll see if I can update Genesis and if not I guess I’ll leave it up to the owner.
Check your plugins to see if you have a User Role Editor. If you don’t have one, just add it.
