How can you close my ticket … you have not provided a solution or any feedback about status. I have sent you user access credentials to the site and was expecting you to resolve the problem where the PDF is missing larger sections!???
Any update on this issue… did you have a chance to look at the formating on our site?
Problem is not to actually create a PDF.. the problem is that the content of the PDF is not correct. I am missing entire sections by random where only the headline is shown in the PDF, but all the body text is gone. Some sections work fine but others dont!? i am not sure that this can be related to the File status!?
