Yes, that solved the problem. Thank you very much.
The templates are simply not displayed or loaded in the existing carousel. When I create a new one and select the same templates, it works. But surely I don’t have to create them all again? Where could the error be?
Where exactly can I find this setting? The stored templates haven’t changed.
It works a little better, but the “1” only disappears when I leave the message area. If I just click on it and open the conversation, the number 1 is still there.
no. i have not selected any of these settings.
Unfortunately, not all of them. Even if I write and read 10 messages, there is always a 1.
