I seem to have the same problem explained here:

This is still an issue on Wordfence 7.3.2 after the update. Despite the above settings, IP of failed logins are not getting blocked, or perhaps are getting blocked but don’t show up in the interface.

Also, Show Wordfence Automatic Blocks is enabled.

Hi @wfgerald ,

The setting

Amount of time a user is locked out

is set to 4 hours.

However, I can see many login failures within the last 4 hours in the Live Traffic tab, but no IP blocks in the Blocking tab.
