Thanks for your reply. Yes, that’s where I would have expected to make the changes (or in widgets). Ultimately I was able to make the changes in a main dashboard menu called Options. I also learned that there are 3 different themes named Quark. Perhaps you and I are not talking about the same Quark theme.

Hi there,
There is an Opt Out link but no Opt In. I’m presuming I already opted in some time ago. The notification is still there.

Any other ideas on clearing this notification?
