3.0 plugin upgrade with WP 3.3 broke.
Reset plugin back to defaults as mentioned in this thread.
Now it works.

My issue is resolved.
The “Exclude Pages From Navigation” plugin
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exclude-pages/
was causing the problem. I was using that to remove pages from a category widget in my store’s sidebar. Need to figure out something else for it now.
