No, it was not. I took cf_formsID as a default name and systematically replaced it with the name I gave to the form when creating it. Stupid of me. It is working now. Sorry I bothered you and thanks a lot.

I’m running 14.12.1. Installed it normally from the wordpress plugin install page. Can there be some option preventing the resolution of the placeholders if set wrong?

@krazykatz911: Thanks for the fix. Had the same issue on my site http://www.astronomie-im-chiemgau.de. I guessed it was related to the ‘singular’ class but wasn’t able to fix it. After applying your fix, everything works fine. Thanks again.
