I found the cause of the issue.
After performing the plugin conflict test on staging, I identified Product Filter for WooCommerce by WBW as the conflicting plugin.
I confirmed it with an A/B test:
WBW enabled → the affected products disappear from the XML feed
WBW disabled → the products are correctly included againI then checked the production website and realized that this plugin was actually not being used anymore, even though it was still active.
I have now disabled it on production, refreshed the Product Feed PRO feed, and everything is working correctly. The previously missing products are now present in the XML feed.
So the issue is resolved on my side.

I checked the setting you mentioned.
“Enforce minimum 500×500 image size on Google Shopping and Facebook Catalog feeds” is already disabled on the affected website, so unfortunately this does not seem to be the cause.
The issue therefore remains the same: with no Filters or Rules active, some products are exported correctly, while entire groups of products — including the Barreaudage variable products — are missing from the XML.
Please let me know what you would like me to check next.

Yes, that is correct: products from certain categories are missing from the XML feed even when no Filters or Rules are active.
I haven’t performed the full plugin/theme conflict test yet.
However, there is an important point regarding my other WooCommerce website where Product Feed PRO works correctly: the setup is essentially the same on both websites, including the same active plugins.
On that other website, Product Feed PRO 13.5.7 correctly exports the products and the Category → Contains filters also work as expected.
So, although I understand that a plugin or theme conflict still needs to be ruled out properly, there isn’t an obvious difference in the active plugin configuration between the working website and the affected one.
I can run the test you suggested on a staging environment by disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and Product Feed PRO and temporarily switching to Storefront.
And just to confirm the issue precisely: with no Filters/Rules active, the XML feed contains some products (mainly accessories and some custom-made products), while entire groups of other products are missing, including Barreaudage products and several variable gate products.

We identified a conflict with another plugin, CartBounty Pro.
After disabling it, the shipping options work correctly again, both on our staging site and on the live site.We’ll follow up on this with the plugin developer.

I rolled back to version 13.5.6 as suggested and refreshed the feed.
Unfortunately, the issue remains.
Just to clarify, the feed currently has no category filter at all.
I had already removed the filter for the previous test and kept it removed when testing 13.5.6.
After refreshing the unfiltered feed on 13.5.6, “Panneau barreaudage à tubes ronds non traversants” is still missing from the XML, as are the other products I previously checked.So the products appear to be excluded upstream even on 13.5.6, before any category filtering is involved.
I should also mention that I recently installed Product Feed PRO on another WooCommerce e-commerce website, where I am using version 13.5.7, and I have not encountered this issue there. Products and category filters are working correctly on that website.
This makes me wonder whether there may be something specific to this website, its product configuration, or its WooCommerce setup that is causing certain products/variations to be skipped.
What would you recommend checking next?

I confirm that the site is indeed using the WooCommerce Block Checkout.
I have now also tested with the Storefront theme, and the exact same issue still occurs, so the theme can be ruled out.
I will now test with only WooCommerce and Flexible Shipping active, preferably on a staging environment, and I will let you know the result.

I ran the test and this seems to reveal the actual issue.
I completely removed the category filter, saved the feed and refreshed it.
“Panneau barreaudage à tubes ronds non traversants” is NOT present in the unfiltered XML either.
I checked several other products and noticed a pattern:
- Barreaudage products are missing
- “PB gates” products are missing
- Accessories are present
- Some “sur mesure” products are present
- Some sectional doors are present
So it now looks like the category filter itself is not causing these products to disappear. They are already being excluded somewhere upstream during feed generation, even with no filters applied.
This would also explain why filtering by the Barreaudage category resulted in an empty feed.
The Barreaudage products are standard WooCommerce variable products with enabled, priced and purchasable variations. For example, the product we previously checked has 30 WooCommerce variations.
Could you please advise what Product Feed PRO checks before a product/variation is included in the feed, and what could cause these products to be skipped while accessories and some other products are exported?
I can provide screenshots/settings for one working product and one missing product if that helps.

I enabled “Change products per batch number” and set the batch size to 1000, then saved the setting and manually refreshed the filtered feed.
Unfortunately, the XML feed is still empty (no <item> entries).
I then enabled logging as requested and refreshed the feed again.The log shows:
products_count => 638processed_count => 638
and the feed generation is reported as completed successfully.
However, the resulting XML is still empty.Also, there are no “Product Feed File Counted” entries in the generated
product-feed-pro-by-adtribes-iolog. The log only contains the “Product Feed Generation Started” and “Product Feed Generation Completed” entries.
So it seems all 638 products are being processed in one batch, but none of the filtered products are being written to the XML.
I can post the full log here if useful.
