Funky M, you’re right! I never realized that could be done. I assumed that because the comments didn’t appear when I clicked “edit post’, they couldn’t be edited. My apologies for spreading the misinformation.

antifuse: Interesting. I guess my experiences with getting b2/evo support aren’t the norm. Well, it worked out for you in the end. I’m really getting comfortable with WordPress.
Sushubh: You can easily get rid of the dates by just deleting that php code from your source. And if you know XHTML/CSS basics, you can tweak the output format to whatever you like. I usually ssh to my server and use Vi to edit the stylesheet and the PHP files so I can see my changes right away. And if you have any questions, you can always bring them to the WordPress support forums. As antifuse said, people are very helpful here.

Sushubh: Don’t get me wrong. b2/evolution is a great content management system. It’s very flexible, easy to use and has an active and helpful user base. My reasons for switching may not apply to you, so I think you should compare both systems on your own and determine which best meets your needs.

TigerDE2: Yes, it does support multiple blogs, but I only had one. Shouldn’t be a problem.
allusion: Of course! I’d be willing to donate my entire b2/evolution database for your testing. Feel free to email me.
