In reply to: open_basedir restriction in effectLet me bump it again cause I’m having the same problem. Except mine is on an add-on domain. I think in my case it’s just not finding the right file because my server isn’t paranoid.

In reply to: eshop Warning in downloadables- Help? Will my customers still be able to download them. If the server is timing out on me, then it’s surely going to timeout on them isn’t it? That has to be the problem because now the window’s telling me the “Connection was interrupted”.

In reply to: eshop Warning in downloadables- Help?My files aren’t usually over 40 MB. I’m adding & testing the plugins one at a time right now.
Can I put or upload them in my public ftp & point the shop to it? If so, could you tell me how. 🙂
ThanksForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: [Plugin: eShop] Downloadable filesIt was set up to go to a test email. I’d do a live test, but I only have the one paypal account & don’t know who could be my test customer. I can’t buy it with my own account, but I’ll see if I can find a beta tester.
Thanks.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: [Plugin: eShop] Downloadable filesI have a question. I’m in Test Mode. It seems the PayPal sandbox isn’t working correctly. However, when I click on orders I can click on the test “Shipped” item & it shows the email with the download link. Does that mean the test payment went OK?
P.S. e-shop isn’t sending the notification instantly either. I had to manually send it.

In reply to: eshop Warning in downloadables- Help?Ok, when I uploaded a different file- a successful upload, e-shop finally asked me if I wanted to add the unknown downloads. I clicked the link to ok it and now they’re showing.
