Yes I know this guide and all the security measures and have done all of it.
But it remains that a core WP program (/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php) is doing something that it shouldn’t.
And Securi does not complain about it…
So, any other suggestions?
sudo crontab -l -u www-data
showed it and I could delete it now.

wp-admin and wp-content have 755 permission.
Is that ok? (I am not an expert in WP)
It was the name of the woocommerce folder that was different.
