Hi,
thanks for responding, There are No files in root after extracting the zip file, none at all: just the directories from root. However files inside directories are all there.Deleting BackWPUp and re-installing from scratch did not solve the problem.

I was able to create a public site you can access and see the issue first hand.
Please let me know how can I give you admin access information in a secure way and I will be happy to do so.You can register a new user and experience the double login yourself as well.
