It was affecting the pages which had PHP script. I did not get.error messages, it just would not let the script run.
It was another plugin (categories pages) that caused it, so I deactivated it. I reactivated the Jetpack, so now it is working properly.

Thank You… That was it. I just updated Jetpack plugin and that was what affected it. Is there a way I can go back to the older version? Or do I just need to deactivated it?
Unfortunately they don’t help with programming. They only help with setups and installations
