i’ve tried the new version. unfortunately, in my case the custom email notification still not working.
when i change the send method, from wordpress(wp_mail) to php (mail) then the special german charakters (in german called ‘umlaute’) are not displayed correctly. in both case the from field still displayed <wordpress (info@blogemailadress.xyz)>.
i tried “Contact Form 7” and “Fast Secure Contact Form” and in both case, everything goes without problems. the ‘from’ field are filled out with the correct client address. hm… strange
