You can place this code in your child theme’s functions.php file, or using a code snippets plugin like mentioned here: https://www.skyverge.com/blog/add-custom-code-to-wordpress/”

In reply to: [Download Manager] aligning a custom button@shaon Thank you!
[In case anyone else, like me, is more of a WordPress adventurer than a WordPress scholar, this might save you a moment —
I first went to Themes/Appearance/Editor. I looked at the long list of files and tried Shaon’s instructions on a few files that I thought seemed logical (Main Index Template, SinglePost, etc) When that didn’t work I went the Theme Details path and finally saw the logical place to put the code, Edit CSS (duh). You can also just go Themes/Appearance/Edit CSS, right below Themes/Appearance/Editor.]Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Easy Media Download] force_dl not working in Easy Media Download pluginAh, I saw a comment in the reviews that states that this command doesn’t work in Safari or Firefox. Bummer. (Also, perhaps it would be good to mention that in the install notes right off the bat?)
Best, C.*custom, not customer!
Cool – thanks! (I noticed that the problem occurs as well on a new page I just created — I inserted a gallery on a page and when you load the page the customer header appears, but when you click on one of the images the header of the page returns to the home page header…
Yes, it is. The front page is set to display a static page with Front Page set to a page called Home. The custom header image has my logo, Local Bag embedded in it, and that shows as it should on the Home page. I have 2 other pages on the menu, About and Blog. (The posts are set to appear on the Blog page).
I chose a differnt custom header image for each of those 2 pages. About has a bunch of colorful bags against a yellow background and it shows as it should.
I chose a girl carrying two bags as the image for the Blog page but it does not show. (The page shows the logo image that is the custom header for my Home page.) I tried setting the girl image to custom header for the Blog page, I tried removing it from custom header and setting it as a feature image for the Blog page, and I tried setting both the customer header AND the feature image at the same time (you never know… 🙂 ) But still doesn’t seem to work.
I just tried un-ticking the static front page choice and then I could see the Blog page custom image. But then I have to choose for my front page to show latest posts, and I don’t want that…
Thanks for your time and help.
