We are not using either of those caching plugins so configuring it wouldn’t do anything, correct?
It is true that the settings will not save. I cannot disable the caching support due to that. I tried disabling plugins to no avail. I tried flushing the WordPress cache.
Please forgive me, I don’t actually know what I am doing. But I have some information now, I think.
Go Daddy is the server host. It does say “Error We’ve detected an error on your site, and it may be down. Typically, this error is caused by an issue with WordPress.” It doesn’t give me details beyond that. The rest of my site is functioning outside of AdRotate, as far as I can tell.
I wasn’t able to find an error_log on any of the dashboards of Go Daddy. I did figure out how to open my PHP files via phpMyAdmin, selected all of the files and ran “Check Tables”. This did not show up any database errors.
I tried changing other Misc. settings and General settings and they do not save either.
Hi Arnan! Thank you for responding. We are using Version 5.9. I tried Deactivating the Plugin, then Re-Activating, and the problem persists.
