I added support for WPML in v2.4.0 of Cimy User Extra Fields. However I cannot test my own code since WPML is not nice enough to send me a free copy.

If you add a ZIP CODE extra fields then you can use that in the Users Extended to view only what you want.
Everything is already implemented.I cannot reproduce the problem unluckily, using v2.4.0 of the plug-in on WordPress 3.5
But I think the problem is this one: try to remove all new lines and spaces before and after the comma.
