It’s funny that I didn’t realize that about the payment—even though I developed the system for myself and use it on several of my properties 😀
The code has already been submitted to the WordPress Marketplace.
I still want to come up with a better solution for the deposits; I’m thinking about how to do it. I was thinking of setting the deposit based on the booking date—something like 25% three months in advance, 50% one month in advance, and maybe 80% one week in advance. Something that could be configured. The problem is that what started as a simple project has turned into a massive undertaking, and it’s already getting complicated to set up :(, which is why I’m now starting to create tutorials in addition to videos.
But if you have any good ideas on how to set up and implement the deposit system, I’d love to hear your suggestions.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that :). OK, I’ll include it in the next version, 2.2.19—a confirmation email will be sent after every payment. Is that OK?
As for custom emails, I want to set up an integration with Incomaker.com—it’s a marketing tool I use on other systems and really like. There, you can set up nice emails and track what’s happening on the website; it’s much better than Google Analytics, pop-ups, marketing automation, social media, and so on. But I’ll get to that in about two weeks.
Or, if you’d like, I can create a paid extension for custom emails, but there’s a big problem with that: designing an email that looks right on all devices isn’t easy, and besides, transactional emails should be text-only to avoid spam filters and so on.
