You’re right, it was enabled but that was not the issue.
The issue was that the pages from the old site were still stored on Network Solutions database. The old pages were removed and redirected to the new site.
It only took about 15 phone calls to Network Solutions to find somebody that cared enough to finally get this fixed.
It had nothing to do with Google Cache or Super Cache, it was because they were still stored on the Network Solutions database.
This has been resolved, hopefully it helps someone else in the future.
