The registration is working now after plugin downgrade and upgrade, now the only issue is the user is not getting locked out if the subscripton period is expired

I checked the plugin in multiple dev instances and with fresh installations, the expired users can still view the page.
I did a fresh installation aswell on another server, but still the same issue
The members whose membership are already ended still can view the pages that are only for the members
I have disabled all the plugins, still the same issue.
I have also insatalled a new on developpment instance with only pmpro plugin, My login page is not working also the users who are expired can view the page that is restricted. Can you please guide me doing this. On My login page its showing nothing
