Im also having this problem. Im using iPage as a hosting account, but I have imported many times before. Now I seem to get the error:
Unable to import
Unable to start the import. Refresh the page and try againOr I get to the setting up blogs part where it just hangs and never imports (20 min plus) and the page becomes unresponsive.
Im also running 4.5.2
