I use Spacious by themegrill on my 3 websites that I have painstakingly customized to my test only to be wiped clean.
I did not have a single backup but I JUST CONFIRMED NOW THAT MY HOST — NAMECHEAP HAVE MY FULL CPANEL BACKUP BEFORE THE WIPE.
THIS COULD BE A BIG THUMB UP FOR THEM IF ALL MY SITE WILL BE RESTORE.
I will notify you guys!!! but let be go through the process mentioned above

Will updating the theme solve the problems after full cpanel restoration?
