In fact, in my previous attempt, I followed the instructions of Pointing your home site’s URL to a subdirectory instead of using a pre-existing subdirectory and I didn’t move the index.html that was created for the flash website.
Now I followed the right instructions and moved the flash website files to an other folder and it perfectly works.
