TrishaM, thank you so much for your reply. I have the website resolving to www from root now. However, for the life of me, I cannot get the robots.txt file to change. I have installed 4 different plugins, including Yoast to edit robots.txt file. They all show the code I want. However, when I go to http://www.vegasguyvip.com/robots.txt the robots.txt shows something completely different:
    User-agent: Yandex
    Disallow: /wp-admin
    Disallow: /wp-includes
    Disallow: /wp-login.php
    Disallow: /wp-register.php
    Disallow: /wp-content/themes
    Disallow: /wp-content/plugins
    Disallow: /wp-content/upgrade
    Disallow: /wp-content/themes_backup
    Disallow: /wp-comments
    Disallow: /cgi-bin
    Disallow: *?s=
    Host: http://www.vegasguyvip.com

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin
    Disallow: /wp-includes
    Disallow: /wp-login.php
    Disallow: /wp-register.php
    Disallow: /wp-content/themes
    Disallow: /wp-content/plugins
    Disallow: /wp-content/upgrade
    Disallow: /wp-content/themes_backup
    Disallow: /wp-comments
    Disallow: /cgi-bin
    Disallow: *?s=

I have even added a physical file called robots.txt to the root via ftp, trying to override this default robots.txt

    Any ideas?

Thanks so much! Been stuck on this for 9 days…

Suyogya, that worked like a charm.

Is there away to make the background semi-transparent; so the main background image shows through?

Also, is there a way to round the corners of the page background?

Thank you kindly and much appreciated!

I have the same problem. I added the plugin and config as stated and blank page. Please help

    Updating http.php fixed the problem.

    Thanks,

I also use GoDaddy hosting and have submitted 4-5 separate tickets related to the WordPress Hosting. I have been “shined” off each time telling me that my sites are fine. However, when I use a 3rd party monitoring service of my domain on their servers; I get a ton of error messages from the monitoring software. My sites load sooooooooo slow or not at all. I have optimized the database, used all the plugins suggested and nothing has helped. I am leaving GoDaddy for better faster hosting. Also, when there is a problem, rather than telling me that the issue is not their server; why not take some responsibility GoDaddy. Pfft, GoDaddy is/will lose a lot of great customers like myself.

bh_wp_fan, from my readings, I have come across a plethora of posts related to people having problems with GoDaddy hosting. The masses have spoken.
