Jumped the gun with the post, I figured out that in my cpannel in PHP Config Php 4 was selected….. No clue how it occured since I did not do it.
I am also getting the fatal error message. I was wondering if their is any fix I tried adding the code above..

I did some digging and found out that I am throttling, approx 2800 secs in the last hr.
