Thank you so much for coming back to me so quickly.
I thought I would try one more thing which so far seems to work, I deactivated my plugins and found that the MB ImageChimp RSS Feed Enhancer I had installed seemed to be the problem. I had removed all my featured images, and now slowly adding them back one at a time and checking the feed as a I go.
