I have seen in PHPMYADMIN, that my DDBB encoding is “UTF8_general_ci”.
May it be the problem?

My solution: change my event plugin.
I’ve choosen All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely. It’s a responsive plugin for all mobile devices.

I´m using Parabola Theme. The problem with AEC is the only problem I have from smartphones.
