@alex My settings page ends at “Language” with no checkbox after it.
There’s a < th scope row, and then a label for=”Language”. But the following TD tag pair is empty. No input ID value listed for Language, and nothing after that.

I’m also having the same issue. The facebook App ID is in place, the fb box for comments is appearing, but it still has the red banner at the top of my admin page.
