I tried many times to insert my images with the + button, but i can’t figure out how to do. It asks me for URL of the image and when i slide the image into the image box that appears after i click + then IMAGE, it opens a grey rectangle with a line in diagonal.
Could someone please explain me how to insert images with screenshots?

The thing is i bought avada some 5 years ago and only start to use it now. The forum / support period is over and if i want it again, i have to pay 50 dollars.
If someone here knows how to help me, that would be great.
If not, maybe i should look for someone who is specialized in WP and knows avada (in Upwork or else?).
