The Quantity Suffix is also not displayed

I tried but disabling all plugins except woocomerce didn’t help.
I tried to upload the plugin to the website without other plugins like woocoomerce but it didn’t work.
I am attaching a screen:
The first is the code from the product page where the decimal quantity works.
The second code is from the cart and is different, can you advise me why?

When I press + or – the number is rounded to the whole value

First picture is a screen of the product page.

The second image is from the cart page

The site is still only in the working version. I assume two plugins are at fault.
