Hi again. I’ve just managed to sort out a workaround.

I’ve disabled the contact form that comes with the theme and installed the Contact form 7 plugin. It’s all working fine now!

By the way, it’s not the comments box – it’s a contact form. I don’t know if that’s different…

Hi there, it’s the form builder that comes with my theme. The theme is Karma (Themeforest)
