Thanks.
There have been about 100 failed transactions. I used the terms “MANY MANY” to emphasize how outside the apparent normal behavior of the system this event is. Way too many and too sudden to be without cause.
It just may be a separate cause than my assumption that the disk problem is the root of the rash of failed transactions.
Perhaps I’m wrong, but it doesn’t seem to me that user info in the database would have been affected by an maxed-out hard disk, even if it prevented the plugin from writing to disk.
I guess, as someone who inherited a PMP installation rather than choosing it, I’m looking for reassurance that the plug-in is not prone to this kind of problem before investing in its continued use.
Thanks for your response.
The fields are all there, but the failed transactions just say: “Failed: Your card was declined.” without any more specifics on why.
I can see if the date is past, but most are fine.
On a number of the failed transactions, the country space in the address is “undefined”, but successful transactions often say that as well.
Street Check and Zip Check on many failed transaction are “unavailable” or “failed”, even though the address is present and seems reasonable (I’m not sure how street checks are actually done).
Some failed transactions, though, have correct expirations dates and Street Check and Zip Check are marked “Passed”, but the transaction is still failed.
It leads me to wonder if PMP is not passing on some necessary info, whether visible in the listings or not, in a sporadic manner.
Stripe is being used to process credit card transactions. The PayPal add-on is to allow those with PayPal accounts to pay directly with their account.

In reply to: [Menu] Control when Twenty Fourteen mobile menu toggles on iPadI’m marking this as resolved. Not because it actually is, but because it somehow got assigned to a plugin that has no relevance to the question. I will try to post again as a more general question.
