In reply to: Avada Theme BrokenThe Appearance > Themes does not list the Avada theme. This message is on thge bottom of the screen,
“Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description
Avada Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”Jess,
Thank you for this! I just installed the plugin and everything seems to be working.
Thanks, I checked and Elementor styling isn’t disabled. I also checked Customize > CSS and nothing was there. The live site shows the wrong format but when I’m logged in, I see the correct format.

In reply to: Avada Theme Site Loading SpeedYes I’m using the Avada Classic theme. This is a website redesign project. I did not do the original design so I don’t have the verification code to get support. My client is an older woman and can’t find the info either. That’s why I came here.
I figured it out. They want to see all 13 and be able to zoom in on each image. Personally, I agree with you but you know “the customer is always right.”
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: Avada Theme Site Loading SpeedAlso changes I made to the sticky header do not appear on the live site.
This is what’s happening, https://youtu.be/7v2-wLX8g2o.
I only have one color selection for links and I need two since mobile changes the color.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OceanWP] Need To Change Link Color For Mobile DevicesThe issue isn’t the browser size, its the fact that I only have one choice for link colors in the Customize section.
If I pick black, then the phone numbers and links in the header and footer turn black. If I pick white, then you can’t see the phone numbers on the content pages. I need a code to make the text visible on the page since I selected white for my link color.
Is this that complicated?
I did and they gave me a song and dance about not being able to access my site and see the code so they can’t help me. I even posted a video of what was happening and still got the same thing. Ridiculous!

In reply to: [OceanWP] Need To Change Link Color For Mobile DevicesIs there a way I can provide access to the site so you can see the code?

In reply to: [OceanWP] Need To Change Link Color For Mobile DevicesSure, here’s how it looks on my phone. The phone numbers changed to black from white on the desktop view. I need them to be white on the mobile too. Thanks!

In reply to: [OceanWP] Header Not Responsive on MobileNo, because I thought it was a theme issue since I selected the link color in the Customizer section. I’ll send them a message too.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Header Not Responsive on MobileDid you see the video I posted on how the headshots cut off on the bottom?

In reply to: [OceanWP] Header Not Responsive on MobileI understand that. You would need to log in to see the page since it’s a staging site the link I gave leads to a login screen since the page isn’t live yet. Is there a way I can share it securely?
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OceanWP] Header Not Responsive on MobileIt’s the staging site so this link may not work. I don’t want to post login info.
