OK, I’ve just managed to gain sql file to run this plugin. If you are experiencing same problem you can download the file (link below) a import it into your database. Enjoy. 😉
BTW, in my case it was caused probably by hosting provider.

I’m experiencing the same problem. Can you please give me some advice or send me the table? I can’t manage to run this plugin on any of my websites so I have absolutely no chance to get this table for my SQL database.
