Yes, it is possible. However, you will need the Pro version of the plugin, as this feature is not available in our free version.
The free version of the plugin only supports sending Name, Email, and Phone Number field values to GoHighLevel (GHL).

@rscarter1 Thank you for your question. With the free version of plugin only 3 fields can be passed to your GHL account. For more fields to pass, you will need to upgrade to Pro version.
