Ah, that was it. Had to do it logged in as the other author. Now it is gone. Thank you.
No, it is from this plugin as I can deactivate it and it goes away.

In reply to: Ca't insert image into post or pageI have the latest version 3.2 and still no luck. I was not able to insert images before I had any plugins running. Now the only plugin running is Google Analytics. Disabling it does not help. I have tried IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, so it is not browser related. I have made sure there are no other tabs open in the browser as well. I have tried on mutiple computers as well.
I have seen may posts about thsi issue, but there never seems to be a common fix listed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
