In reply to: Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response. Thanks for your help. The site health said
The Authorization header comes from the third-party applications you approve. Without it, those apps cannot connect to your site.
Flush permalinks.
I went to the permalinks page, saved. Cleared W3 cache. Reran the site health test, same error. Odd.

In reply to: Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecatedThanks, but it’s no longer a commercial product nor is the author providing support, updates of any kind. It’s been EOL for a while and right now installing a new theme from scratch is a big undertaking. Look for possible workarounds in the meantime.

In reply to: Can’t Add Menu ItemRight, in the meantime I need a workaround/fix for this. Just realized, I cannot even add new pages. So odd.

In reply to: Can’t Add Menu ItemThanks for your reply. Unfortunately the author is not around and support on this theme is EOL, has been for some time. I’m baffled why suddenly I cannot add items to the main menu. Maybe someone else might know, hopefully.

In reply to: Media Library BlankI would appreciate help on this. Thank you. Still getting errors just trying to upload new images to the media library.
Currently, I see all the images in the library again mysteriously, but can’t upload new ones.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Error on DonationNevermind, figured it out. The area is in separate “page cache” page that’s not accessible fully from the W3 dashboard area.

In reply to: 2 Issues: JavaScript & WidthThanks. I fixed the sidebar issue by reverting to the older version of the plugin. However, support ended on the plugin itself so can’t get direct support on the tipsy issue.
This used to work fine though on the 1.2.8 version (now installed). Not sure what happened.
