I don’t think I have Jetpack’s Photon. Could it be the images are too small to be cropped? If so, what size does it have to be to be cropped? Thanks!

Thanks for checking in! Yes I did manage to find a solution. I uninstalled the plug in then reinstalled it again. It somehow took care of the situation. Thank you!
