Hello Catacaustic: It’s proven already because when I type his email address in the ‘forgot password’ section, the system is recognizing his email address. What do you suggest I do from here?
A former employee has hacked into our system and I need help to gain access to it again. I have changed the password several times already, but he has yet to login and change the user/pass credentials. Please help me with this issue.
